Become a Forklift Operator Evaluator in Jacksonville

Need to certify one or more internal forklift trainers for your workplace?

Get them ready to facilitate effective, on-site forklift training classes and practical evaluations with our comprehensive and complete forklift Train the Trainer online training program.

Your internal instructors will learn how to effectively deliver engaging Instructor-led forklift training in various formats including large workshops, group training, and one-on-one instruction. They will also learn how to conduct the required practical evaluations.

Ongoing Support: If you have additional questions after completing the course and/or before evaluating your first set of employees, Florida Training Academy provides support via phone and email. Our goal is to help you decrease training costs while also helping you to keep your employees safe.

Important: The Online Forklift Instructor / Evaluator Training Program does not include a site visit from our Forklift Instructor. If an onsite evaluation is needed and you are located in/near Jacksonville, Florida, please select the optional onsite evaluation option at check-out.

How to Schedule an Onsite Evaluation? The onsite evaluation will not be scheduled until the Forklift Evaluator Course has been completed. Onsite evaluations can be completed on most evenings and/or weekends. The onsite evaluation fee is $150 per employee monitored and the company must have a forklift and a safe area to complete the evaluations. Important: Onsite Forklift Operator Evaluations are not the same as Forklift Training. If you have a new employee that requires training, please contact our office at (904)551-0918 so that we can provide you with an onsite forklift training quote.

If you are a Forklift Operator Evaluator/Instructor and need more assistance with classroom management, hands-on training, and/or creating a forklift training area, please consider the Instructor-led Forklift Instructor Course for $700 which includes on-site training for one employee.

You are required to have the current textbook for this course. If you already own one or have access to one before, during, and after the class, you do not need to purchase one here. Please choose from the following optional items:
