Training Center Rental in Jacksonville Florida

 

Host your next meeting, workshop, or video shoot in a professional setting at Florida Training Academy.

 

Rental Details:

- Base Rate: $200 for 4 hours

- On-Site Assistant Fee: $20/hour (required fee that will be added to the invoice)

- Seating Capacity: Comfortably seats 10–12 adults

Please Note:

- The full balance is due to reserve your requested rental date/time.

- All projects, recordings, or video shoots must be pre-approved by Eunice Mathis, MSN-Ed, RN.

- Florida Training Academy signage, posters, or branding may not be removed or covered during your session.

- Equipment rentals (such as mannequins, CPR dummies, or audio/visual aids) must be requested at the time of booking and may incur an additional fee.

- Setup and breakdown time must be included within your reserved time slot.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Refunds are only issued if Florida Training Academy is the reason for the cancellation (e.g., power outage, facility closure due to severe weather, or other unforeseen emergencies initiated by the Facility Owner).

All other cancellations are non-refundable. If the Renter is unable to attend or use the space on the reserved date, a new reservation and payment will be required to reschedule.

Disclaimer: The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Florida Training Academy, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or resulting from the use of the facility, including theft, property damage, personal injury, or legal actions involving third parties.
