Become a Pet CPR and First Aid Instructor

The Florida Pet CPR and First Aid Instructor training program is designed for professionals who want to train the participant in canine and feline CPR and First Aid. This instructor class is ideal for animal professionals, obedience trainers, kennel staff, pet retailers, pet sitters, animal shelter staff/volunteers, rescue personnel, groomers, First Responders, Fire/EMT, Medical Professionals, and pet owners.

The Florida Pet CPR and First Aid Instructor training program is a one-day interactive program. Instructors will learn the necessary skills and teaching methods to properly train pet owners in first aid and care. This course will include competent training in the identification and evaluation of the signs and symptoms a pet may develop and the appropriate actions to be taken for proper emergency medical treatment.

The cost of the instructor class includes the Florida Pet CPR and First Aid Instructor files and a Pet CPR and First Aid instructor certification, which are valid for 2 years.
